During the Neolithic Revolution humans began to stop relying on hunting for their food and began to grow it on their own. This change in method for food then lead for people having more time on their hands and became to get innovative because they weren't always hunting like they previously practiced. Food had had surpluses which meant there was more food for people which then resulted in less labor for the people which was another factor to why people switched to farming instead of hunting . Also people would all grow their own crops and would trade some for others. However this then lead to battles between who gets what land and how much of it and if it was a bad season or bad weather people would starve and attack neighboring crops.
